Sex – Sexual Exercises To Do Together and Have Amazing Fun

Do you feel like something is lacking in your regular routine? The problem could very well be not with you or your woman’s imagination. It could be that you’re not in shape for all of the awesome stuff you want to do together! And that doesn’t mean you’re overweight or in bad shape. I’ve been with guys that are in the gym four days a week for two hours but can only be on top for a short time. Different muscle groups are engaged for different sexual positions so if you want to run the full gamut of positions, you have to work out those groups of muscles.

 

If you want to try and fuck her up against a wall, don’t wait until that moment to try it out for the first time. Pick your woman up often. Have her wrap her legs around you and try to hold herself up and away from your body. It’s a two way street, and nothing is more annoying than a woman who expects all the work to be done by the man. Another fun exercise is having your woman lay underneath you while you’re doing push ups. Make it a challenge to see if you can hold yourself up and not touch her as long as possible.

 

It’s not just physical shape you need to be in to enjoy different sexual positions. Trying new things takes security and love between you-sometimes just connecting and talking things out can be a form of exercise. Make sure you set aside time each week to listen to each other-and we’re not talking about what happened at the office or whose mother and father is more annoying. Take time each week to check in on your sexual wants and desires. Do you feel like she’s not trying hard enough? Are you frustrated because you haven’t been feeling her climax lately? Talk about it. It’s not just physical exercise that couples need to be connected-don’t neglect the emotional or the mental because they all work as a team.
